Check Your Attitude Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching
If you’ve ever spoken to an executive who’s had a coach, they’ve told you how they’ve benefited. They’ll report
  • Improved efficiency and productivity, and better morale
  • Greater self-awareness
  • Increased ability to inspire, lead and manage
  • Better communication, trust, conflict resolution and team building
  • Better business processes in terms of setting goals, prioritizing, delegating and developing strategies.

So, how does the coaching process work?
Once you have met with Jim to make sure you are a fit for each other, you both will :
  1. Establish clear coaching goals: We will align on specific goals for the coaching engagement and how progress and success will be measured
  2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative information gathering: Typically I will conduct qualitative interviews of your key stakeholders. I have 5 questions that zero in on the impact that you have with others and the key area your stakeholders would like to see you develop.
  3. Create a coaching report and debrief with you: This report consists of the themes from the interviews. I will guide you through the comments and assist you in having a deep understanding of the places were you excel and your specific opportunities for growth.
  4. Conduct coaching meetings (6 – 12): In each of these 30-60 minute structured meetings we will review your progress and identify future opportunities for development and your strategy for moving forward.
  5. Assess progress at predetermined times – midway and toward the end of the coaching meetings. It’s important to measure and acknowledge success and course correct as needed.
